GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q. What is Clash Comics?
A. Clash Comics is an online-only comicbook publishing company. We’re like every other traditional comicbook publishing company except we don’t offer our titles in print, they are only available exclusively online and only from Clash Comics.

Q. What types of comics do you publish?
A. Right now, our premiere title is called The Dream Team and it’s a high-concept superhero-team comic. If you like super-team-type comics then you will love The Dream Team! After that, we have a whole host of other titles in production and development including our first horror title, a superheroine title, a science fiction title and then a good few others waiting in the wings. Really, we plan on publishing every type of comic from every genre in time.

Q. Why do I have to subscribe? Why can’t I just buy each ‘issue’ on a month-to-month basis?
A. We believe subscribing to a title is the best option for everyone. Once you subscribe, you don’t have to worry about coming back each month and going through the process of buying the latest ‘issue’ of your favorite title. By subscribing, we have made the process as simple as it can be. Subscribe once and then come back each month to read the latest ‘issue’.

Q. Why do I have to subscribe for three months and not on a monthly basis?
A. Yes, our titles start at only $1 per month but our subscription vendor, the company that handles the subs and money, requires a minimum subscription price-point of $3. So, for three dollars you get to subscribe to a title for three months. It's a very good deal! We also think it's a very good way to get a good feel for a title too, to give a title a fair chance to see if you really like it or not.

Q. How many comics do you have on the website now? How many do you plan to publish?
A. It’s early days yet and we have only one title available right now which is The Dream Team. After that, we have many more titles in active production and development. The plan is to release at least one new title a month! That’s twelve new titles each year. Forever. So, quite a lot really.

Q. How often do you publish a new ‘issue’?
A. Each title will have a new ‘issue’ or 'chapter' available each and every month.

Q. Will any of your comics be available elsewhere on the internet?
A. No, each title will only be available from Clash Comics!

Q. Will any Clash Comics be available in print? Can I buy them from my local comicbook store?
A. No, each Clash Comics title will only be available online as a digital comic. They will not be available in comicbook stores.

Q. What do I need to subscribe to a comic?
A. You will need a valid credit card and an idea of what user name and password for your subscription.

Q. How easy is it to subscribe?
A. Extremely easy! And fast too! If you have your credit card with you and you know your address, it should only take a couple of minutes tops.

Q. How easy is it to cancel my subscription should I want to?
A. We can’t understand why you’d want to but, if you must, it’s a simple matter of contacting Customer Services which is available from our main subscriber Login/Sign-Up page too.

Q. What do I do if I have a problem with my subscription?
A. You can either contact Customer Services or Clash Comics’ very own Support via email on our Contact Us page.
